• جميع العبايات مصممة بعناية باستخدام خامات عالية الجودة.
• قد تختلف الألوان قليلًا بسبب الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة.

2. الطلبات والدفع
• يتم تأكيد الطلب فقط بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل.
• طرق الدفع المتاحة: بطاقة ائتمانية أو Apple Pay فقط.
• لا يتم فرض أي ضرائب إضافية على الأسعار المعروضة.

3. التجهيز والتوصيل
• يتم تجهيز الطلبات وتوصيلها خلال 10 إلى 12 يوم عمل داخل دولة قطر.
• رسوم التوصيل تعتمد على الموقع، وسيتم إبلاغ العميل بالتكلفة عند تأكيد الطلب.
• في حال فشل التوصيل بسبب معلومات خاطئة، يتحمل العميل التكاليف الإضافية.

4. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
• يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حالة وجود خلل في المنتج أو خطأ في الطلب.
• يجب الإبلاغ خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرسال صور توضح المشكلة.
• لا تُقبل المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة.
